Action Group 5 continued its work by meeting again via videoconference.
During this virtual meeting also attended by Alpine Space Programme Observers, new AG5 members from ERSAF were presented and information on EUSALP and feedback from the European Week of macroregional strategies were discussed.
The AG5 members identified as Points of reference presented the progress on the AG5 Strategic & Cross-sectoral Initiatives.
In particular, the initiatives on Smart Villages, Digital Infrastructures, Open Data & Big Data, Cross-border mobility, Alpine Think Tank on SGI, Spatial Planning, Carbon-neutral Alpine region, Innovation hubs for green business, Eusalp Innovation Facility were discussed.
The results of the Smart SMEs project were also presented and the programme for the Digital Alps Conference, which will be held online on 27 and 28 May 2021, was discussed.
Finally, some ideas to spread the AG5 work were presented.
