The EUSALP  e-book "Make your voice heard from the Alps!" : a didactic tool towards active and aware citizenship

The Antonio Megalizzi Foundation and the EUSALP Youth Council meet the schools of the Alpine Region 

Citizenship, active participation and environment protection are some of the topics of this project implemented by the Italian EUSALP 2022 Presidency, in cooperation with the Antonio Megalizzi Foundation and co-financed by the European Commission's DG REGIO.
Indeed, seven training sessions are started in the high schools of the EUSALP countries, held by Claudio Napolitano, an ambassador of the Antonio Megalizzi Foundation, supported by representatives of the Youth Council of EUSALP and other young volunteers from the countries involved.The facilitators will use teaching materials specially developed for the initiative.

The project is started on Monday, 14th November at the Liceo Pascoli in Bolzano, and it will continue on Wednesday, 16th November at the Liceo Arcivescovile in Trento.

European history, policies, and institutions, as well as the role of the regions and the European Union Strategy for the Alpine Region will be among the topics that will be addressed thanks to the e-book "Make your voice heard from the Alps!" made by the Antonio Megalizzi Foundation with the Erickson publishing house, in collaboration with the Italian EUSALP 2022 Presidency. 

An e-book to discover Europe and the role of the European Regions, with a focus on the EU Strategy for the Alpine Region. It will be disseminated in the schools of the EUSALP countries and will provide all the tools to become active and aware citizens at a local, national and European level.

The aim of the e-book is to involve young generations in the local, national and interregional decision-making process , in order to shape future development models for the Alpine regions. 

This is also the objective pursued by the Youth Council, the committee of young people representing the 7 EUSALP countries.
