The 4th meeting of Action Group 2 will take place on the 14th of February, at the occasion of the EUSALP Action group Forum organized by the Bavarian Presidency.

The 4th Action Group 4 Meeting took place on 14 February 2017 in the frame of the Action Group Forum hosted by the Bavarian EUSALP Presidency in Garmisch-Partenkirchen.
On 14 and 15 February 2017, a Forum of the nine Action Groups of the EU Alpine Strategy took place in Garmisch-Partenkirchen. The Action Groups are responsible for the concrete implementation of the political priorities adopted by the General Assembly.
On 13 February 2017, the first General Assembly of the EU Alpine Strategy under Bavarian presidency convened in Rottach-Egern.
The objective of the meeting is to create awareness on the work carried out by the Action Group 3 of EUSALP and to create a network of stakeholders to involve in the various activities foreseen by the AG3 work plan, also the possible synergies between the actors involved and EUSALP are explored.
The second expert meeting of the "wood valorization" subgroup of Action Group 2 will take place on the 7th of February.
AG1 is invited to present the EUSALP Strategy and its Action Plan at the Italian Ministry of Agricultural, Food and Forestry Policies in occasion of the sectorial meeting on the Wood Value Chain.
“A Strategy for the Citizens – The work programme for the Bavarian presidency 2017 over the implementation of the EU Strategy for the Alpine Region (EUSALP)”
On 29 November 2016, the cornerstones of the work programme for the Bavarian presidency were presented to an interested public during an evening event in the Representation of the Free State of Bavaria to the European Union in Brussels.
The second EUSALP AG6 meeting took place on November 21-22, 2016 in Innsbruck.
At the presence of the delegates of 5 alpine countries (Italy, Switzerland, Slovenia, France and Germany), AG5 takes the first official steps.
